Kirk began his career within the auto industry in 1995 having gained experience working for brands such as Mercedes Benz and Saab within the Eastern Western Group. He made the natural move into the realm of motorbikes in 2006 having always had a passion for them. In Kirk’s opinion, joining the ‘Family’ and experiencing the world of Harley-Davidson and participating in the lifestyle that goes with it is key to achieving his focus of an exceptional customer experience.

Gary has been with Edinburgh Harley-Davidson since 2004 but has worked in the motorbike industry for over 30 years. In this time he has gained a staggering amount knowledge on multiple bike brands, not just H-D. Responsible for the Sales Department, Gary’s wealth of knowledge enables him to support the sales team in valuations and product sales. Known for his big personality, he is always happy to discuss the needs of his customers when it comes to purchasing a Harley-Davidson and makes sure it’s the best bike for them.

Prior to joining Edinburgh Harley-Davidson 7 years ago Sean worked in a car dealership. Having held his bike licence for 17 years and working for Scoot! (the monkey bike chauffeur service based in Edinburgh) when he was at university. Sean has a good knowledge of motorcycles and makes .It his priority to make sure that our customers are always looked after when they visit the dealership. His favourite bike used to be the Softail Slim but since the launch of the new MY18 Softail range has changed to the new Fat Bob 114.

Claire has been with the Edinburgh Harley-Davidson family since the Eastern Western Motor Group opened the dealership 9 years ago! Prior to working with Harley-Davidson Claire had previously worked with a busy Saab aftersales team. Claire has held her bike licence for 5 years now and her favourite bike is the Dyna Superglide 35th Anniversary Edition! Claire is responsible for making sure we have an extensive and up-to-date range of H-D merchandise available to our customers at all times.

Totally focussed on customer service and making sure our customers have the best choice when it comes to Harley-Davidson merchandise, Caroline, our clothing consultant has 7 years experience in the retail industry and joined Edinburgh Harley-Davidson 4 years ago. Caroline is one of our staff who prefers being pillion and her favourite bike is the Softail Heritage. She loves taking part in rallies and touring Europe on the back of a motorcycle.

Has worked in the Motor Trade for 41 years. The last ten years in the Sales Department at Edinburgh Harley-Davidson. The ten years prior to joining EHD., Neil worked within the Eastern Western Group at Their Perth Garage, where he sold Mitsubishi and Saab. Neils interests include Motorsports, having competed over many years on four wheels and two wheels. Neil feels privileged to be associated with such an Iconic Brand as Harley-Davidson, and is focused on achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

With over 20 years of riding experience, Alan has always had a passion for Harley-Davidson products and lifestyle so is a natural fit within the team as well as our customers.

With over 9 years experience within our team and our busy parts department Rob is another of our team who is extremely focussed on customer service.

Since completing his apprenticeship, he has nurtured his technical skills into becoming one of the best Harley-Davidson Technicians in the UK and has been within the Edinburgh Harley-Davidson team now for over 9 years. Keith is well known with our customers for his wealth of knowledge when it comes to Harley-Davidson servicing and care. Keith's big personality matches his favourite bike, the VRSCF!

Rab has been part of our Edinburgh Harley-Davidson family for over 9 years now and with over 15 years of very valuable H-D motorbike experience, he is another valuable member of our team. Since the age of 17 Rab has been a bike enthusiast and his passion for his job also spills over into his spare time. He also restores classic motorcycles. Rab has too many favourites in the current H-D model range to list them all!

Dean has been a motorcycle technician for more than 5 years and has gained a wealth of experience in this area. Dean has a great passion for all types of motorcycles but Harley Davidson particularly stand out for him. In his down time Dean races off road bikes and has done for more than 10 years, proving that professionally and socially, bikes are in his blood.

Kerry has worked with the Eastern Western Motor Group since 2004 as a sales administrator for Edinburgh Harley-Davidson. Kerry was then promoted to Rentals Advisor in 2013 where she now oversees our very busy rentals department which continues to grow year on year. Although Kerry doesn't have her bike licence, her knowledge of Scottish touring routes is unsurpassed, enabling her to provide the best recommendations for her customers.

Donna is our go to girl for ordering and processing parts both online and in store. She enjoys advising each customer in customisation and supporting them in creating their unique motorbike. Donna is also our social media guru, check out Donna’s posts on Facebook and Instagram. Donna currently rides pillion but is keen to achieve her full motorcycle licence very soon.

Luke is our youngest member at Edinburgh Harley-Davidson and is building his knowledge in the accessories and parts department. His role encompasses a high level of customer service which comes naturally to him, helping our customers create their dream bike. Luke has been interested in motorbikes for as long as he can remember and is looking forward to learning and building his knowledge in this area.
